There’s rules for car parks about having appropriate signage visible before you enter the car park, so you can decide if you want to enter into the contract by entering the car park. If that’s not properly visible, you didn’t knowingly enter into a contract. So it’s worth checking to see if there’s appropriate signage. If it does go to court (also unlikely for a small amount), unless you get a judgement against you, it won’t affect your credit rating. |
