| Comment | I work in a coffee shop pretty much every day. I could work from my house but I’ve been working from home for the last 4 years and it’s now intensely depressing. Also for people with ADHD coffee shops are such a godsend, having constant background distractions - allows me to focus. Yep, it’s totally bananas.
My usual spots are, Tinderbox, Peckhams, Ronzio and cottiers: which gets an extra special mention because you can look at dogs while you work.
Sometimes I have to fall back on Starbucks (don’t downvote me you monsters :p ) which either needs a facelift or nuked from orbit but if everywhere else is busy - which happens a lot - the upstairs floor is quiet and everyone is studying/working. |
