The station refurbishment and resignalling to facilitate the new trains were 2 different contracts. The refurbishments we’re done first. The reason the stations appear unfinished is because the resignalling contractors need to “undo” what the refurbishment contractors have done to get access to install there own equipment.
Seems a backwards way of issuing the contracts to me. |
