Women can get pregnant trans women can not. Obviously there are women who cannot get pregnant but they still have birth canals whereas trans women do not. Men exist with low sperm counts that cannot get women pregnant but trans men are not in possession of a prostate or seminal vesicles so cannot ejaculate with their penises at all. They are not the same.
