A person could appear female, could have female genitals, female characteristics such as fat content and breasts, have no adams apple, could identify as female, yet you'd still claim them to possibly be a secret man, even to themselves.
For that matter, if somebody appears, presents and identifies as female, but has different chromosomes, why exactly does that make a difference?
