Comment | I have a unit about the same size, I'm currently paying £1.40/kwh (about £1400/month). I signed a contract back in October that would bring me down to 95p/kwh (still around £900/month - I use around 1,000kwh/month) but they keep generating monthly bills for the previous rate - it's BES Utilities - they're a fucking shambles.
According to this [https://www.gov.uk/guidance/energy-bill-relief-scheme-help-for-businesses-and-other-non-domestic-customers#other-support-for-businessnon-domestic-customers](https://www.gov.uk/guidance/energy-bill-relief-scheme-help-for-businesses-and-other-non-domestic-customers#other-support-for-businessnon-domestic-customers) there should be some help on reducing costs - but that page is says it'll apply automatically to your bill - haven't seen it yet.
I think I'll try phoning around for another supplier tomorrow - simply can't get through to BES at the moment. |
