But yeh the expense is insane, having a lawyer is nothing like how they are presented on TV as some savant who knows every detail of every aspect of your case, you know your situation and case best, use your lawyer as a legal consultant and an expert on the law (and someone who has a lot of experience in similiar situations) so take their advice, but don't expect them to handle everything, thats how it gets expensive quickly.
