| Comment | I had been told the same as others here - if it wasn’t already reported, the council won’t accept liability. If they knew about it and hadn’t fixed it in a reasonable period, then you have a chance.
It’s incredibly frustrating, and I’m sorry this has happened to you, especially at this time of the year.
If everyone reports potholes whenever they see them, it will help others make a claim. The more that are reported, the better. Either they get fixed, or the council get held responsible for the damage they cause.
The My Glasgow app has a section for reporting potholes, and it’s very easy.
I realise, with the number of potholes there are, you could spend a day doing nothing but reporting them, but if everyone on this sub did one a day, it would make a huge difference.
