The Shambles which is basically a real life Diagon Alley and the inspiration for it, the excellent National Railway Museum (free) which is ran by the London Science Museum Group right next to the station itself, The Jorvik Centre (paid but fun), York Dungeons (paid), the minster etc. etc.
