If airport isn’t a option next best suggestion I’d say a hotel lobby, holiday inn/premier inn both close to bus station but lobbies I’d say not a option. Next biggest one is the Maldron Hotel or Citizen Z you could sit in these to pass the time in the warmth. Although I’d ensure you buy a coffee or something whilst there.
