Let the police know (you may get lucky), and ScotRail etc etc but consider that wallet gone forever.
Begin the process of getting a new ID card, and other replacement cards. Don't forget to cancel any bank or credit cards that might have been in there.
If your ID card had details like DoB, address etc; be on the guard for fraud and when you get a replacement, keep it at home. We tend to not need to carry ID in the UK as a general rule (although it might be needed if you are under 25 for buying alcohol etc). |
