If you rock upto John Street and present yourself as homeless, GCC are going to conduct interviews and investigations and determine whether you actually are homeless and unless you meet the criteria for homelessness, then you'll be deemed to be intentionally homeless.
I interpreted the comment I responded to as suggesting that if you declare as homeless, then GCC will help you get a place, which isn't the case at all. |
