| Comment | Definitely contact the GCC planning enforcement section. Ask if this property has the specific licences required to operate as a short term let. There is one in my building which didn't and it is in the process of being closed down. Im sure there is also a rule that a short term let must have its own front door. In a tenement they obviously do not have this. Hope you manage to stop this as it is a total pain in the ass with noise and litter, etc. |
