As other's have said **this is definitely illegal.** The Scottish Government changed the law last year and no new flats are allowed to be put out for Short Term Let (whether Airbnb or any other method) since October 2022 unless they have applied for planning permission. GCC guidance states to any application will be refused if they share a communal entrance or facilities with other properties. Any current flats which are let out have until October 2023 to apply for permission (which as above won't be granted). This doesn't apply to single room letting (home sharing).
