I bought a 16 pack of loo roll as I always do every few months (as it doesn't go off, so you either use it or you have bigger concerns than spending an extra £4.50 on bog roll) in early March and go a few dirty looks. We brought in a covid policy at work of knowing the symptoms, handwashing and remember not being able to get hand sanitiser for love nor money by late Feb. I work in theatre and our days off were Monday's so we did a show on Sunday, went home, and then never were in the same room putting on a show together again. Very odd not to get closure on that show.

My flatmates was far more dramatic. She was over doing a show in New Zealand and the producers had to fight to find tickets to fly them out of there. She landed after well over 30+ hours of straight journeying (New Zealand to Australia to Oman to London and then train to Glasgow) very jet lagged. Had to convince her there was enough food etc bless her.
