Comment | If it’s a new build, you won’t get one. The link on the council website to the table of eligible properties doesn’t work (surprise), but as the guidance notes say:
“Not all properties within permit zones are eligible for parking permits. Planning consent for new developments require the developer to provide sufficient off-street parking to support the development. Where a development proceeds without supportive parking, the properties may be considered car free and parking permits denied.”
If it’s an older flat (total guess, but pre-90s at least), you might be eligible, but be prepared to deal with the most frustrating department of GCC. |
