Generally 18-22 is in the range of ‘normal’ room temperatures. It really is whatever you personally find comfortable.

I find the women at the office prefer it to be 21-23 and the guys are happier with it at 18-21.

At home we keep the living room about 20ish when occupied and the bedroom 16.
