It's a small 1 bedroom and there isn't room to set up a sleeping space like a double mattress in the lounge sadly but looking into whether I can move my bed so I don't hear them as much. I've tried knocking but they don't care and just carry on making a racket! Also I fear annoying my downstairs neighbour, lol!
