My block of flats suddenly got a blue bin and a grey one for recycling recently but they don't seem to be getting cleared at all.
Also as for the green bin, even if my landlord agrees to get a bin for me, I'm not sure an addition of just one 240L will actually help with the situation at all - so yeah either way I have to live next to a pile of rubbish. Can't wait to see how it'll get worse with the smell in summer... |
