| Comment | Have you seen the LEZ requirements? Virtually anything from the last 15 years will meet them. The main impact is, ironically, on older diesel buses. Its about air quality not vehicle numbers. If you want to reduce vehicle numbers you need a fuck load more public transport. Buses and trains and trams so regular that you don't even need to check the schedule, just walk to the nearest stop and know you're never waiting more than ten minutes for a ride. |
