It’s unlucky if your neighbours are the ones doing the fly typing but at least narrowing it down to specific individuals gives you other means of addressing the issue. For us people from other places arrive in vans and dump the rubbish so that’s what the gates intend to stop. And the gates are openable so it’s not like the lane is never to be cleaned again.
