Comment | I don’t know the guy but the people on Reddit and wider social media can’t grasp the difference between something they don’t like and something that is wrong.
Taking potentially 70% of the city’s taxis off the road isn’t going to be good though. It was only a few months ago people on this sub were screaming every weekend they can’t get home from town.
Feel for your personal situation too. If I lived in the LEZ my grandparents couldn’t come visit. They keep a wee old run around to visit family and do the shopping.
In every argument there’s always a balance to be had. It’s not always about right or wrong. There can be a difference of opinion without one side being 100% right or 100% wrong.
Maybe it is wrong to spew harmful emissions out into city streets, but maybe it’s also wrong that we endanger a vital City public service while putting lots of sole traders livelihoods at risk. |
