1400 licensed taxis.

About 1000 currently don’t meet the requirements.

A lot of those 1000 taxis that potentially go off the road have two drivers. So it potentially could be 1.4k people at risk.

If that is your experience of taxis just now, then it will surely be much worse when the LEZ kicks in.
