How's he a fanny? He's making good points. The UK contributes to only 2% of global warming so what difference would it make to have this zone in the town? I get that we should be trying to better the environment anyway but the economy needs boosted too, and jobs are needing protecting more than that. We can't change the world by moaning about it. Convince China and India to have these zones and we're talking, not a little patch of ground on a tiny island lol. I'd be more concerned about the amount of homes burning wood in their wood stoves, only a matter of time before that gets stopped, that's the reason we stopped using coal. I'd also be more interested in the amount of waste people are throwing away and polluting waters with. There's bigger fish to fry here.
