Strathbungo, Shawlands, parts of Govanhill (mostly the part West on Vicky Road...which is *technically* Strathbungo...but whatever), Newlands, Auldhouse, Pollokshields, Finneston (gentrified but going to be a bit studenty).
If you want a quieter life, look towards Bearsden, Mlingavie etc.
It really depends on your budget and what you want.
