Do you want to know why I stay local for a night out? A pint in my local costs less than half of what Bucks bar charges, add to that the much better atmosphere, cheery staff and the fact I can walk home in 10 minutes instead of waiting an hour in the cold and paying £25 for a taxi it's a no brainer.
Emissions charge plays no part in my thought process of where to go.
