| Comment | They can only report on what is said in the courtroom and in the documents. They can't just leave out what the charge sheet says if it discloses the previous name and gender of the accused. Let's not lose sight of the fact that two people were allegedly raped here as well. There's nothing political about this court story, only in the reactions of people who choose to interpret it through whatever lens and biases they have whichever side of the fence they are on. |
