Please don’t do anything to his car or put a sign on it. Taxis have dash cams and cctv in them. Don’t do anything that you could get into trouble for legally, or that he would personally retaliate for. Shop him into GCC, install a cheap cctv pointing at where his taxi is parked, to get footage.
