Despite being disappointed in the cafe it's still worth trying the Mother India restaurant. It's always been a level above the cafe and is still IMO the best Indian restaurant in Glasgow.
However after that the one i go to most is Ranjits Kitchen in the southside but it might not be what you are after - it's not an extensive menu. But for a quick lunch it's great and pretty inexpensive.
