We found out pretty much about 2-4 weeks after the valuation, but when we asked the agency for reassurance they only told us it was for a valuation and not to worry as they would help us find somewhere else if he sold (eye roll). I'm so sorry it's not a good news story (it turned out good in the end) from my end but I hope it will be for you.
