| Comment | I’ve not started with them but you’ll go for your interview that will be less of an interview and more a box ticking formality. At the moment they are so desperate that they will employ anybody. If you can figure out how to get inside the building, the job is yours.
You’ll be scheduled in for a medical, theory test and hazard perception test
Then you’ll learn how to drive a bus and be given a test by an in house examiner
You’ll spend a week in a classroom to gain your CPC, learn how to work the Ticket machine and the company policies.
You’ll be given a depot then you’ll be assigned a buddy to do some route learning, before doing a real shift accompanied by your buddy for a few days.
After that you’re on your own. |
