Yes, this does mean *you* have to change behaviour caused by *others* but let's face it, you are not stopping our Gregorian New Year, Chinese New Year, or other events. Pick your battles.

Have a calendar with the dates written on it (or use your phone with notifications) so that you know when to intensity reinforcement training.
A "thunder shirt" (you can buy or just make one) can also help. |
