Is the market really still this hot or has it started to cool down? I’d be really surprised if it wouldn’t swing in buyers’ favour this year. I plan on buying, but will wait until the doom and gloom has hit the sellers. Some time towards the end of the year I reckon and then I firmly plan to over below home report.
