It’s good planning in principle. They’re also replacing like for like in that they recognise that the stairs at the concert hall are a popular meeting place/protest place and so some public realm has to be retained for that but the stairs are not currently that accessible for the concert hall itself.
Can’t fault it. Raging that the trends of the 90s/early 00s got in the way of this. |
