Pictures would suggest the existing north Hanover street into a new park/mixed use social area/square at cathedral street.
That whole area is prime for development.
I think it’s more about perceived connectivity rather than having to go through the one or two narrower thoroughfares to get from Buchanan street to the back of the station/bus station.
