Have had awwwwful experience with Vodafone - probably spent 10+ hours on the phone with them trying to fix an issue over a month. The worst part was that they didn’t have a file with my info and the people I was speaking to kept messing up so I had to explain the situation probably 15+ times - every time I called and got a different person. absolutely exhausting I used to have to ask if they could turn the hold music off.
Am with virgin now and it’s much better so far |
