I'm relatively pro the changes overall. Walkable streets. Mixed use development. More residents in that corner of the city. A much more direct through route to the bus station. An accessible entrance to the concert hall.
Designs a bit underwhelming, but overall fine.
But that proposed concert hall frontage is shockingly disappointing. What a downgrade.
