It's easy to miss the TRC signage, they don't exactly make it obvious, and absolutely drivers do break it - I've done so myself, because your conscience takes over and you can't leave Wee Ethel standing in the pouring rain for half an hour. But if caught, we do get fined for breaking these regulations, because sadly "I couldn't leave Wee Ethel standing in the pouring rain for half an hour" isn't an excuse that'll stand up in an appeal 😔 |
