| Comment | I called the council for a needle uplift the guys were brand new when they came the next day, couldn't find it called me and I walked them round to it, as we were chatting he said there used to be two bulk uplift vans with three crew in each now its one van with two crew, purely a funding thing.
When stopgaps go on for too long they are no longer stopgaps but become the norm.
