When I fell in debt with them here's what happened:
The debt was passed on to Sheriff's officers. They agreed a payment plan. But then I got into more trouble so eventually ended up as funds arrest. None of the above had any influence on credit rating. It appears that earnings arrestment is not a result of any CCJ or anything like this.
