Maybe 4 hours wasn't enough time to include the top of an appliance that nobody can see. I assume you've never cleaned it yourself since it's not visible and that's why you needed them to do it. 4 hours is no time at all, if all you had to complain about was the top of your fridge being missed I'd suggest they did a good job and didn't expect your "gotcha" moment as they went to leave after knocking their pan in for 4 hours |
