| Comment | Every single time I'm walking on busy streets I have this problem. Considerate people who think of others seem to be in dramatically short supply.
I can't tell which percentage are just selfish, ignorant or oblivious. But it pisses me off regularly. You get people who walk directly at you, regardless of which way you're walking.
And god forbid you say something, even something as benign as "excuse me" when someone is about to force you to walk off the pavement and in to traffic due to their refusal to walk 1 foot to the left. I've had some shockingly angry responses from people from literally saying "excuse me".
It generally feeds in to the idea that I have that the vast, vast majority of people are just horrible, selfish cunts. A tad pessimistic though I'll admit haha. |
