| Comment | No other big city I can think of has so many parks then just to top that off it's 30-40 mins to the stunning scenery of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs or 1hr by car to the sea at Largs. In fact on the right day I could walk up the Campsies and sledge on snow then get some fish and chips and bat away the seagulls at Largs 2 hrs later, get a wee ferry to Millport and cycle round it. Is there anywhere else at all you can do similar? We often don't appreciate this enough. |
