| Comment | I tried to complain once when my ex girlfriend was racially abused by one of the bastards. Got nowhere. They excused themselves by saying she was getting on a carriage with a bike, which people do all the time, and there was plenty of room (nearly empty train, only going one stop too.) Some of the staff are just bastards. I feel sorry for the good staff they have because they must have to be saints dealing with folks who've had a bad experience with other terrible members of staff, never mind the usual jackasses. And there's no way to appropriately complain or have said complaint dealt with it seems. Sorry to hear you and your wife had to go through that. Utter shite. |
