This has been the case for decades across the UK though. I don't know who the contractors are but I've been quite impressed with the speed of the recent CityFibre installs, each section seems to only take two to three days, only downside is the quality of some of the filling in afterwards. I vaguely overheard something about completion bonuses and the workers are banging it out. |
