| Comment | It sounds like it may be too late for this advice for you, for anyone else reading on. If your marriage is failing and you have children, do not leave the marital home until you have a full agreement on how you are going to proceed.
Soo many dads leaving the house as a matter of course and it usually leaves them in a terrible spot financially and in terms of custody.
(also for advice, the house is still your house until you have left it for 2 years, moving back in, while awkward, may be your best move) |
