pros: pretty! tall ceilings! close to public transport! i live on the second floor and my downstairs neighbours love to turn the heating on in winter but i guess that’s related to just me
cons: four bins? for everyone in the building? the bathroom flooded during the glaswegian monsoon season cos the pipes are very very old
