| Comment | Pros: big front windows, lovely for the summer. Usually cheaper rents. Lovely high ceilings which I love.
Cons: I'm ground floor on main road so it's noisy during the day, single glazed windows so very cold in winter and heat just disappears once you turn it off, buzzers always broken, front door is a piece of shit, common garden/bin shed that can get vile (saw a rat in mine once), oh and can't forget the mice!
Looks like a long list of cons lol but honestly I love my little flat! And I'm allowed pets too :) |
