Afraid you don’t know that. I believe the part where it happened it’s a filter lane. The driver could easily have (wrongly) presumed the cyclist is staying in the cycle lane when they want to go right at the next junction that isn’t part of cycle lane.

Also, the image of the truck in the photos is in a lane that is coming to an end so they may have been in the wrong.

I’m cycling that way in an hour.
Happy to report back if it’s open.

Not good to assume anything, especially with zero facts and the death of someone so soon.
