Postcodes don't always match up to council, or community, areas as they are based more on the sorting office; not governance. For example, parts of Starthbungo have a Govanhill postcode.
IMHO, if you aren't paying Council Tax to GCC, then you're not in Glasgow. Unless people are going to propose a "Glasgow Metropolitan Area" and help with the funding problem GCC has?
